Three levels of practice
These tiered exercises guide you from self-compassion, to extending care toward others, and end with those you find hard to love​

Offers a brief, steady rhythm to begin rewiring attention and practice self compassion

Invites deeper presence, moving you into & through self-compassion and then expands your focus to one you love

Begins in a similar fashion, including levels 1 and 2, but then cultivates graciousness and determination by including a person you find hard to love. The introduction exercise above provided an abbreviated practice of level 3.
